![]() Bullet is the best for challenge mode IMO. Gull's Revenge (Or whatever it was called).Īlso, I've been purposely skipping the Oubliette and Blood Abbey to get it over faster, but also missing out on some items (Though I'm not fighting the Old King with modifiers.). If it does help, these are the modifiers that screw me over the most: And from what I hear, it's mostly luck-based, so I'm gonna be grinding Hyperion credits for a while. Originally posted by Lil' KO the Clout God:Okay, as of now, I've completed the Sorceress' challenge, so thank y'all for the advice.Īs for Challenge mode.I'm not getting any better at that. ![]() I'll do a sorceress run later and post if I have anything worth while to say. Work on watching your gungeoneer and maneuvering around bullets manually. Because of the different events (especially on the 4th and 5th floor) you have a way greater chance to dodge roll into a bullet while running from a bullet (especially during shock wave). I think the best advice though is to avoid overly using the dodge roll in rooms. For Hammer Time I would advise staying closer to walls because half the bullets won't appear (also, walk diagonally away from the hammer). To me the absolute worst room event is pot shots because you have almost no time to dodge the bullets from the pots when you're close to the walls. I would say just know the different room events and plan accordingly. I managed to get all of em except for High Dragon cuz screw that. after reading this I did a challenge run again and beat it on my third try (almost got to the Lich too) Honestly you really REALLY need those Master Rounds.
